Stir fry chicken fillet with apple

Can we combine sometimes fruits with meat together? The answer is YES, and even sometimes it’s great combinations if you choose right fruits for the dishes. Have you tried stir fry chicken with apple? If not, here I would like to show you how to make this delicious dish :)

The ingredients we need:

  1. 2 x chicken fillet
  2. 1 x peeled apple
  3. 1/2 tomato
  4. 1/2 red pepper
  5. 1/2 green pepper
  6. 1 x green onion
  7. Soya sauce
  8. Sesame oil
  9. A small portion of corstarch
  10. A small piece of ginger

    Hmm I rather enjoyed the recipe!

    My only critique is it never showed you washing the blade of the knife after cutting the chicken to cutting the vegetables and apple. As a former cook I squirmed in my chair when I seen you eat a piece of the apple afterwards. Meat should always be cut on a plastic or glass cutting board, as wood allows for [salmonella] bacterial growth.

    Just advice from one cook to another., otherwise your doing a great job Maggie.
