I made once this dish for my friends, they really loved the taste of fresh tomatoes and stir fried beef. It’s much more tasty than just put ready-made tomato sauce.
It’s with totally healthy ingredients, if you want, you can add the sauce from the dish with rice together. It will be extremely delicious.
All you need:
- Beef (cut in strips)
- Garlic (chopped)
- Ginger (chopped)
- Cornstarch
- Sesame oil
- Sunflower oil
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh tomatoes (peeled)
- Water
- Sugar or Xylitol
- Red onions (chopped)
- One egg

(The only thing I might have added was the potato strings that you had made in a previous dish to it, still it looks delicious! )
This one of the things I like bout your lil cooking show, you do different things/come up with other ways to do things, that I marginally never thought about cooking.
Another great video, keep’em coming! You may want to even broaden into themes like meat of the month (like for November: Turkey Month) or like a soup of the week kinda thing =3
