Posted on 27. Aug, 2012 by in Chicken, Meat meal, Soups & appetizers

Popular with adults and children alike,, these tasty strips of chicken would make a good lunch or snack served with salad and new potatoes or, equally, could be served on their own as an appetizer.

  1. Skinless, boneless chicken brests
  2. All-purpose flour
  3. Bread crumbs
  4. Salt & pepper
  5. 1 or 2 egg (s)

Alternatively too bread crumbs, I like to take Corn Flakes cereal and crumble it fine(best way to do this is put it in a plastic bag and roll a rolling pin on it for a couple passes), I find it adds a nice crunch that you wouldn’t normally find with bread crumbs. You can even if you want to be a little healthier use bran flakes.

Too spice it up a notch too I add red chilli pepper flakes in with the flour when I dredge the chicken, I know how you like it spicy Maggie! =3

Thx, there..actually not, but this is a cooking show, so I keep myself look better and usually I put my hair on top while I’m cooking. :) I think my purpose is to teach people how to cook in a easy way, no need to ask anyone to eat my food after the show :D
